Our fixed fee charges includes:

• Mediators reasonable travel expenses

• The mediation time on the day within agreed time frame charged

What is not included in the fixed fee:

• Refreshments

• Assistance in finding a venue

• Overnight accommodation if required

• Venue hire costs if needed (minimum of 2 rooms required)
